Chef Chad creates his mild salsa, pico de Gallo and fabulous (hot) salsa verde from scratch!
Pico de Gallo and sour cream are included. Don't forget to add guacamole!

Our tacos come on a warm, soft flour tortilla, but we have crispy corn available as well to load to your heart's desire!
Each taco comes with your choice of protein, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, our signature pico de Gallo and sour cream.
Choose from our signature mouthwatering smoked brisket, smoked chicken, ground beef seasoned with NOTB signature taco spices, or our house-made refried beans.
Ask for mild salsa or our hot salsa verde if pico is not your thing. Don't forget to add guacamole!
